Luigi Lupo e i corsi dell'ILMA
Luigi Lupo è docente di ILMAestate. La sua classe di flauto (traversiere, dolce, traversa) offre possibilità di iscrizione non solo a solisti, ma anche ad ensemble di flauti (verificare le condizioni di partecipazione per i gruppi).
Il M° Lupo è titolare anche del corso di flauto nell'ambito della Scuola di Musica Antica.
Luigi Lupo è stato fino ad ottobre 2011 direttore didattico dei corsi ILMAinverno.

fter obtaining his diploma in transverse flute in 1991 at the "G.B. Martini" Conservatory in Bologna, Luigi Lupo dedicated himself mainly to the study and research of historical flutes.
In 1995 he graduated in Disciplines of Arts, Music and Entertainment, at the Faculty of Letters and Philosophy of the University of Bologna, with a research thesis on the "Renaissance transverse flute".
In 1996 he completed his diploma studies in Recorder and Baroque Traversiere at the "F. E. Dall'Abaco" Conservatory in Verona with Maestro M. Castellani, and at the same time attended the Chamber Music Course with Maestro J. B. Christensen at the Schola Cantorum of Basel.
In 2007, again at the Verona Conservatory, he obtained the II level Academic Diploma in Musical disciplines for the Recorder and Traversiere specialization. He currently collaborates with various ancient music ensembles, ranging from medieval to romantic repertoire.
Alongside his concert activity, he also works in musicology. Two articles by him were published in the book "Il Flauto in Italia" edited by the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities edited by C. Paradiso and printed in Rome in 2005 by the Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato.
Numerous recordings have been made for various record companies including: Decca, RSI, RAI-Trade, Stradivarius, Dynamic Tactus, Emi Classic, Naxos, III Millennio, Brilliant Classic, etc.
He is a teacher at the “Vivaldi” Musical Institute in Bolzano and at the “F.A.” Conservatory Bonporti” of Trento. He collaborates with the School of Ancient Music “G. Dalla Casa” of the Antiqua Association.

Luigi Lupo joined ILMA since 2009. He teaches baroque transverse flute and recording at ILMAestate and ILMAinverno courses and at Scuola di Musica Antica.
